The Scan Sense PC705 intrinsically safe pressure calibrator offers high accuracy and stability, which are achieved by use of a special thin film strain gauge transducer with built-in temperature compensation. Unlike some other pressure calibrators, accuracy is maintained by the Scan Sense PC705 intrinsically safe pressure calibrator when pressure is decreasing. This makes the unit ideal for the verification of hysteresis.

All Scan Sense PC705 intrinsically safe pressure calibrators are calibrated in positive as well as in negative directions. Originally designed for use on offshore drilling rigs, these compact and rugged pressure calibrators offer reliable performance under the most severe conditions. The Scan Sense PC705 intrinsically safe pressure calibrator has a low weight of only 18 lbs, makes the units ideal for on-site calibration.

Each Scan Sense PC705 intrinsically safe pressure calibrator is supplied with a calibration certificate after being calibrated against precision pressure equipment traceable to national standards. Full documentation and record keeping of calibrations are easily carried out by use of PreCal Windows®-based software.

The Scan Sense PC705 intrinsically safe pressure calibrator is simple and easy with test pressure being established by the integrated hydraulic pump and calibration pressure being read on the graphical LCD display. There is no need for fragile reference gauges.
