Style 003 Performance Series
These Convectronics air heaters are high temperature air heaters designed to heat flowing air up to 1500°F. These highly efficient and fast response heaters can be accurately controlled with a variable voltage source or with automatic temperature controls.
Construction: High quality Fe-Cr-Al alloy designed for continuous element temperatures of 1950°F assures long life. The precisely-constructed element is supported on a steatite insulator and placed in a quartz or cordierite ceramic envelope to provide an extremely efficient heater.
Exchanger Housings: Triple pass air flow for improved efficiency and cool outer shell.

Triple pass heat exchangers pre-heat air before passing through heating element. Plug-in socket connection allows for quick replacement. Sturdy stainless steel housing with protective outlet screen. User friendly because heat exchanger feature keeps outer shell cool to the touch 150 SCFH to 1500 SCFH. Direct replacement for a sylvania air heater.
